2008 Holidays

Well this year Shaun and I are preparing for our new arrival Kaden and the house has been a mess. Christmas was great for the kids, Kyler got his first starter Guitar all daddies idea, and Kendall got a barbie house or may I say mansion. It is taller than she is. Shaun started Kaden's nursery and just finished it 01/03/09 yes after the new year but it is all done. FINALLY! Now if we can only finish the TV room that we started a year ago that would be great. Ivonne and Matt came into town and that always makes a difference. Ivonne planned Kaden's baby shower with Aurie and Marie and I it was the most beautiful shower. I guess Kaden being the completion to our family they went all out. New Years was calm this year we had it at Aurie's. Jared set up a fire pit and the kids had there first smores YUM. I couldn't stand the smoke so I stayed inside most of the night. We played our usual games and at midnight ate 12 grapes and kissed everyone and then danced. We made it to Shaun's parents house by 1:30am. Yes it was a short celebration, with me being 9mth pregnant I just couldn't hang like I usually do. New Years day was great we got our four wheelers and headed to the Barton's. They are Aurie's in laws. They have lots of land in Bunnell. We all headed out by 12:30 and got lost in the woods till 2:30. The kids had a blast and so did Shaun cause those who know him he is a big kid himself. He was riding on a 1981 Suzuki dirt bike. Now this dirt bike is small it was supposed to be for Kyler but Shaun rides it more. For some reason Kyler don't like it. Kendall, Aurie, Mom, Dad, and I road on a fancy snapper. Yes it was very bumpy I was trying my hardest to hint to Kaden to come out. No that didn't work at all. All it gave me was more of a back ache. Bring out the heating pad. We always have a great time with the family and I wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world.
